These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and 456ed ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a 456ed employee or director. Such individuals are not permitted to hold active player accounts.

456ed reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of age. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

3. Player Accounts

Once your 456ed account has been verified, you are responsible for all activity conducted through that account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. 456ed will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify 456ed immediately via the support email address in the footer if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 456ed accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to receiving your notification.
Accounts inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. A dormancy administration fee may apply in accordance with the current fee schedule published on the platform.
456ed reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that these Terms have been breached or that continued account access poses a risk to platform integrity.
Upon voluntary closure requested by the player, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after identity verification and provided no pending withdrawals, active bonuses under wagering, or unresolved disputes are outstanding.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 456ed are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 456ed does not charge deposit fees on transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees applied by third-party payment providers are outside 456ed's control and may be passed to the player. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the 456ed cashier page and are subject to change. Players will be informed of changes via on-platform notifications.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless 456ed specifically approves an alternative. This policy prevents money laundering and protects player funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

456ed offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. The general conditions below apply to all 456ed bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard rollover on 456ed bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available to one qualifying account per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

6. Sports Betting and Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino game play on 456ed. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and game variants are published in the Rules section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All bets are accepted subject to the platform's maximum stake limits, which vary by market and event. 456ed reserves the right to limit maximum stakes for any player, market, or event without prior notice.
In the event of a technical failure, data feed error, or manifest pricing error, 456ed reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or odds will not be paid out.

8. Intellectual Property

Your continued use of the 456ed platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
